Karbonn Mobiles recently launched a new kitkat based device Karbonn S9 . Now it's launched two new budget smartphones A5 Turbo and A1+ Super that are loaded with low end features
but are running on Android 4.4.2 (KitKat)
out of the box.
The A5 Turbo is priced at
Rs. 3,300 and the A1+ Super for Rs. 3,500.
The Karbonn A5 Turbo will be using an 1GHz MediaTech processor (probably single
core). It sports a 3.5 inch screen with 480 x
320 pixels resolution. The rear camera is
3MP fixed focus.
The Karbonn A1+ Super is powered by
1.3GHz dual core processor; it too comes
with 3.5 inch touch screen with 480 x 320
pixels resolution. This handset comes with
VGA front camera and 3MP rear FF camera.
RAM, internal storage and battery capacity
of both these handsets are not yet
disclosed.
The RAM will be 256MB
and the internal storage will be a mere
512MB + 32GB external card support.
A5 Turbo does support 3G not sure about
the A1+ Super.
Common features included
on both the handsets – Wi-Fi and
Bluetooth.
Battery could be around 1400
mAh capacity.
The Karbonn A1+ Super and the Karbonn A5
Turbo KitKat powered low cost handsets will
hit the stores soon for under Rs. 4,000.
